Candace Moss is an associate at the firm’s West Palm Beach, Florida office. Her practice focuses primarily on Motor Vehicle Liability, Medical Malpractice, Insurance Defense, Wrongful Death, Premise Liability, Personal Injury, and P.I.P. Litigation

Prior to joining the firm, Candace practiced commercial litigation, estate litigation, asbestos litigation, workers’ compensation and family law in both Florida and Pennsylvania. Candace was also a parent advocate for the Allegheny County Bar Foundation.

Candace graduated Cum Laude from Point Park University with a Major in Behavioral Science. She received her Juris Doctorate from The Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University, where she was the Co-President of ATLA, (American Trial Lawyers Association) and a member of FAWL (Florida Association of Women Lawyers), Craig S. Barnard American Inns of Court LIV and a witness for the NITA deposition program.

Candace is admitted to practice in Florida, Pennsylvania, the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. Candace is a member of the Florida Bar Association, the Broward County Bar Association and the Allegheny County Bar Association. Candace is actively involved in Volunteer Broward and Young Professionals for Covenant House.
