Carrie E. McAliley is an associate at the firm’s Palm Beach, Florida office, where she practices general civil litigation, concentrating in the areas of insurance defense litigation, insurance coverage litigation, and personal injury protection litigation, including bodily injury. Ms. McAliley also handles real estate closings and litigation. She is admitted to practice in Florida and is a member of the Florida Bar Association.

Ms. McAliley earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree and Master of Arts Degree from Florida Atlantic University with a Major in History. While attending graduate school, Ms. McAliley served as the President of Phi Alpha Theta, History Honor Society. Ms. McAliley received her Juris Doctorate from the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University. While attending law school, Ms. McAliley was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and a Law Student Advisor. She also received a Book Award in Trial Advocacy.
