Kimberly Cunningham is an associate of Wadsworth Huott’s Palm Beach Workers’ Compensation division. A native of West Palm Beach, FL, she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Hampton University, in Virginia and her Juris Doctorate degree from Texas Southern University, Thurgood Marshall School of Law, in Houston, Texas

Kimberly is a member of the Florida Bar, the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida, the District of Columbia and the United States Supreme Court.

Kimberly is a product of a family of longstanding lawyers, who have practiced in the South Florida area for over 42 years. She offers legal experience in both general civil litigation and workers’ compensation defense. She is very involved in community activities and holds an active life membership in the National Bar Association, the F. Malcolm Cunningham Bar Association, the Palm Beach County Bar Association, The Links, Incorporated and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She is married to Juan Mosley and has a son, named Justin. She enjoys snow skiing and traveling.
