Mark A. Levine is an associate with the firm’s Miami, Florida office, specializing in the areas of appellate practice as well as general commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Mark served as an Assistant State Attorney for the Second Judicial Circuit in Leon County, Florida, where he successfully tried an extensive array of criminal cases.

Mark graduated cum laude from Florida State University College of Law, having served as Editor-in-Chief of Florida State University's Business Law Review. Mark has published numerous law review articles, specifically in the area of Constitutional Law. Prior to attending law school, Mark received his Bachelor of Arts cum laude from the University of Miami, in both anthropology and psychology. At University of Miami Mark was a member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity.
