Marc Pacin is an Associate at the firm’s Miami, Florida office. Marc focuses his practice on real estate litigation, insurance defense litigation, insurance coverage litigation, personal injury protection litigation, including; bodily injury, property damage, and professional malpractice.

Marc earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and his Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University School of Law. While attending St. Thomas University School of Law on an Academic Scholarship Marc earned the Book Award for Florida Practice and Litigation Skills, and Corporate Finance. As a third year law student, Marc was involved with the Put Something Back Program, maintained a 3.5 GPA and was on the Dean’s List.

Marc is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and the Southern District of Florida. He is an active member of the Florida Bar, Dade County Bar Association, Broward County Bar Association, and American Bar Association.
