Appellate Practice and Trial Support

The representation provided by Wadsworth Huott extends beyond the trial court level. The appellate division of Wadsworth Huott handles appeals in the Florida District Court of Appeals, the Florida Supreme Court, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Medical Malpractice - HealthCare Practice

The firm maintains a diversified medical practice and health law practice which represents clients in virtually every segment of the medical field. These clients range from doctors, dentists, hospitals, nursing homes and diagnostic medical centers to manufacturers of medical equipment and entrepreneurs in the areas of medical related products and services. The firm’s medical clients are located throughout the State of Florida. We routinely try cases of large exposure against the most recognized plaintiff’s lawyers in the State.
