Robert Gioia is a Senior Associate at the firm’s Miami, Florida office. Robert primarily practices in the area of general civil litigation including wrongful death, automobile negligence and premises liability. Prior to starting his civil career, Robert served as Assistant District Attorney with the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office in Mineola, New York.

Robert is a graduate of the New England School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts where he was a member of the Law Review and attended Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania where he received a joint major in History and Government.
